Life can seem really difficult at times whether this be at home, school or at work. It can lead to feelings of overwhelm, depression, anxiety, low self esteem and generally not wanting to get out of bed in the mornings. I can offer confidentiality and compassion to listen and support you with any issue you may be going through at this time. Having been through some dark and difficult times myself I understand the need to have someone to talk to who is not involved, and doesn't give advice.

About me and my practice

I provide online counselling from the comfort of your own chosen space. I will support you without judgement and listen to any concerns you have whether this be in relationships, the relationship with yourself or how life is for you at the moment. Sometimes we may need to look at your past life, look at choices you're making, what you're experiencing right now and how that is affecting you. This is all done at your own pace and I'll walk alongside you.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute online or phone call assessment, this allows you to assess if you feel counselling with me is what you need and also you can ask any questions prior to starting any sessions. It also gives me the opportunity to decide if I am the most appropriate counsellor to meet your needs.

Online 50 minute session- £48

Session can be weekly or fortnightly
